Filing 14 ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's applications to proceed in forma pauperis 1 and 3 are GRANTED. Plaintiff not required to pay initial installment. NDOC shall pay Clerk 20% of the preceding month's deposits to plaint iff's account (in months that account exceeds $10.00), until full $350 filing fee paid. Clerk shall send copy of this order to Finance Division of Clerks Office. (Copy electronically sent 10/16/12.) Clerk shall send copy of ord er to Chief of Inmate Services. (Copy mailed 10/16/12.) Motion for extension of time 10 is GRANTED. Motions for extra $100 on NDOC prisons copy maching 7 and 9 are DENIED as moot. Motion for cause in response to screening order [1 1] is DENIED.
