ORDER DISMISSING CASE. Application to proceed IFP 1 denied and action dismissed without prejudice. Clerk shall send plaintiff: 2 copies of IFP application and instructions; 2 copies of blank civil rights form and instructions; and one copy o f papers submitted at 1 and 1 -1 (all copies mailed 1/8/14). Plaintiff may file new complaint and new IFP application in new action. Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly. This court certifies that any IFP appeal would not be taken "in good faith".
