April 9, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 18 ORDER - Plaintiff's applications to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Nos. 4 , 9 ) are GRANTED. NDOC shall pay Clerk $350 filing fee from inmate account. Clerk shall SEND a copy of this order to Finance and to NDOC Inmat e Services (Email (NEF) to Finance; copy mailed to NDOC on 4/9/2021). Clerk shall electronically serve this Order and the First Amended Complaint (ECF No. 8 ) upon AG (electronic service on 4/9/2021; First Amended Complaint via NEF Regeneration).
