ENDORSED ORDER #3 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal/Motion for Transfer. Text of Order: Motion FOR TRANSFER OF FILING FEE BACK TO CASE 18-cv-817-JL. Text of Order: Daniel Rainville asks the court to reapply his one-sixth portion of the $400 filing fee originally paid jointly by the plaintiffs in Case No. 18-cv-817-JL back to that case, as Rainville has taken a voluntary non-suit in his severed case, Case No. 18-cv-1151-JL. Rainville's motion is granted to the extent that the clerk's office is directed to update the court's records to show that there is a total of $133.34 presently credited towards plaintiff Steven Roy's filing fee in Case No. 18-cv-817-JL, consisting of Roy's portion of the original filing fee and Rainville's portion ($66.67 each). This Order shall be entered in the docket in both Case No. 18-cv-817-JL and in Case No. 18-cv-1151-JL, as Rainville's motion was docketed in both cases (Doc. No. 15 in Case No. 18-cv-817-JL; Doc. No. 3 in Case No. 18-cv-1151-JL). So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Andrea K. Johnstone.(cmp) |
