Text of Order: The Clerk's Office shall resend the court's order dated July 2, 2019, to Mr. Fields. Mr. Fields's recent letter to the court indicates he may have misunderstood the order. The court extends the deadline for Mr. Fields to notify the court as to whether he wishes to withdraw or to amend his motion. Each deadline is extended 30 days. At this point a request for counsel is denied without prejudice as premature. Mr. Fields may refile such request in the event Mr. Fields elects to file an amended motion.
