October 15, 2021 Opinion or Order ENDORSED ORDER re: #12 Proposed Discovery Plan. Text of Order: Approved and adopted as the pretrial scheduling order with the following modifications. The defendant shall disclose the name of every unnamed party and the basis of the allegations of fault by November 17, 2021. The completion of discovery deadline is August 19, 2022. The parties are advised that the court considers the completion of discovery deadline to be the deadline by which discovery is completed - not the deadline by which discovery is to be served. The parties shall file a joint statement on the status of discovery no later than 60 days prior to the close of discovery deadline. Trial scheduled for the two-week period beginning October 18, 2022.
