ENDORSED ORDER denying #14 Motion to Adopt Discovery Plan. Text of Order: Denied. In light of the pending motion to dismiss and motion to remand, the court finds good cause to extend the deadline for issuing the scheduling order pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b). Accordingly, the June 17, 2022, pretrial conference is cancelled and the court will set a new deadline for the parties to file a proposed discovery plan and will reschedule the pretrial conference after resolution of the pending motions, if necessary.
