Text of Order: The parties to this action have filed an unopposed motion to approve and enter a consent decree resolving plaintiffs' environmental claims against the defendants concerning the Chlor-Alkai former Superfund site in Berlin, New Hampshire. After reviewing both the memorandum filed by the plaintiffs' in support of their motion and the proposed consent decree, the court determines that the proposed decree is fair, reasonable, and faithful to the objectives of the statutes on which the plaintiffs claims are based. Plaintiffs' motion (document 7) is granted. The consent decree (document number 2-1) is approved and the consent decree shall be entered as a final judgment. So Ordered by Judge Paul J.
