He has neither filed a renewed motion nor paid the filing fee. The court will not take further action in this matter until such time as Plaintiff has paid the filing fee or been granted in forma pauperis status. Plaintiff is directed to pay the filing fee or submit his application to proceed in forma pauperis by December 15, 2022, or this matter may be dismissed without prejudice.
