No. 1) and orders the immediate release from Bureau of Prisons custody of Mr. Abrams. The BOP shall direct that Mr. Abrams be immediately transferred to the District of Maryland to begin his term of supervised release, to be effected with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service. The Respondent Warden is directed to preserve Mr. Abrams's personal property, including specifically, an address book which he believes is in R&D at FCI Berlin, so that it can be transferred to Mr. Abrams within 30 days. Counsel for the Respondent has waived an appeal in this matter. The clerk's office is directed to provide a certified printed copy of this Order to the Petitioner prior to his release.
