Ms. Mullen has moved to recuse the undersigned judge in this case, alleging that a typographical error in the court's prior order (3) and the court's rulings in this and other cases she has filed in this court demonstrate the court's bias or prejudice against her. This court has no personal bias or prejudice against Ms. Mullen, and she has failed to assert facts which demonstrate otherwise. To the extent her allegations of the court's bias are based on this court's rulings in this case or any previous case, those assertions do not warrant recusal. See Liteky v.
