ENDORSED ORDER. Text of Order: Plaintiff Leonard James Fisherman has filed a motion to dismiss (Doc. No. 2) this case without prejudice. The Court construes Mr. Fishermans filing as a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal filed pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. That notice does not need the approval of the Court, and the matter shall be considered to be dismissed without prejudice for all purposes. No fee shall be assessed in this case and Mr. Fishermans voluntary dismissal of this matter will not count as a strike for purposes of the Prison Litigation Reform Act., 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).
