| ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice #2 Demand for Religious Accommodations to Waive Fees, Appoint Counsel and Seal Case. Text of Order: Plaintiffs' motion is denied without prejudice. The plaintiffs have not yet paid the filing fee or filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis in this case. Plaintiffs' motion to waive the filing fee contain no information upon which the court can base a decision on whether they lack the ability to pay. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a); LR 4.2(a) (All applications to proceed in forma pauperis shall be accompanied by a financial affidavit which shall disclose the applicant's income assets, expenses and liabilities.). Their motion also contains no support for their request that fees be waived as a religious accommodation. The court will not take further action in this matter until such time as the plaintiffs have paid the filing fee or been granted in forma pauperis status. The clerk's office is directed to send the plaintiffs, with this Order, a copy of the application to proceed without prepaying fees or costs. Plaintiffs shall pay the filing fee or submit their applications to proceed in forma pauperis by February 15, 2024, or this matter may be dismissed.
