ENDORSED CONSOLIDATION ORDER. 23-cv-209-JL, 23-cv-275-PB, 23-cv-373-SM, and 22-cv-536-JL are consolidated into one case. 23-cv-373-SM is statistically closed. Text of Order: 23-cv-209-JL, 23-cv-275-PB, and 23-cv-373-SM. These three related cases shall be administratively closed. Case 22-cv-536-JL is also consolidated with these three related cases, and 22-cv-536-JL is designated as the main case. Henceforth, these consolidated cases shall be considered as one case and all pleadings will be filed in the main case. Any preliminary pretrial conferences scheduled in the former related cases are cancelled. Counsel shall contact the Deputy Clerk to jointly arrange a single preliminary pretrial conference in the consolidated case. To the extent that counsel for the plaintiffs seek to file an amended consolidated complaint, counsel shall allow time for the filing of such complaint and answer prior to the date of the preliminary pretrial conference. If counsel wish to have a conference with the court regarding this development or other related issues, they may contact the Deputy Clerk to jointly schedule that conference. If any party wishes to revisit whether consolidation is proper after discovery is complete, they may file a motion to that effect at that time, and the court will consider it.
