Filing 7 ORDERED that the IFP is GRANTED. Clerk shall file complaint. ORDERED that the Clerk shall serve a copy of this Order upon the US Attorney of NJ and the warden of FCI- Fairton. ORDERED that Plaintiff's requests for injunctive relief are DENIED . ORDERED that all claims challenging the results of disciplinary proceeding are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to state a claim. ORDERED that all claims challenging Plaintiff's placement in administrative segregation during investigat ion of alleged disciplinary violation are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
