Copy of Opinion/Order sent to Plaintiff and copy of Order sent to Attorney General of NJ and warden of Plaintiff's current confinement. ORDERED that Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, except that Plaintiff's claims for municipal liability of the City of Bridgeton and malicious prosecution by entities other than the prosecutor are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Plaintiff's right to file an amended complaint consistent with this Opinion within 30 days.
