ORDER granting and denying Petiti oner's 12 and 14 Motions for Reconsideration. ORDERED that Petitioner's application in 10-294 as entry No. 13 and in 10-2149 as entry No.4 is denied as moot, and without merit. ORDERED that Petitioner's application in 10-294 ent ry No. 15 is denied as moot, as seeking duplicative matters. ORDERED that the Clerk shall close Civil Action 10-294 making a separate entry reading CIVIL CASE CLOSED. ORDERED that the Clerk shall administratively terminate Civil Action 10-2149 mak ing a separate entry reading CIVIL CASE TERMINATED. ORDERED that this Court withdraws its jurisdiction from both 10-2149 and 10-294 and that no motions will be considered by the Court, and if such motions are received the Clerk is to strike them from the docket.
