Filing 2 MEMORANDUM and ORDER Plaintiffs' application for class certification is DENIED. ORDERED Complaint is DISMISSED and Clerk shall terminate all Plaintiffs in this matter except for Louie Mouratidis. ORDERED Clerk shall open 41 new matters designati ng each of these individuals as "Plaintiff" and "Eric Taylor, Warden of Camden County Correctional Facility" as "Defendant". ORDERED Clerk shall docket an instant complaint in each new matter with the Cause of Action as 42:1983 and the Jurisdiction as Federal Question. ORDERED Clerk shall administratively terminate of these newly opened matters. ORDERED Clerk shall serve copies of this Order upon all Plaintiffs by regular mail with a blank IFP application.
