MEMORANDUM and ORDER application for class certification is DISMISSED. ORDERED Plaintiffs' IFP are DENIED. ORDERED Complaint is DISMISSED and Petition for Preliminary Injunction is DENIED as moot. ORDERED Clerk shall terminate all Plaintiffs in this matter except Aly Richardson. ORDERED Clerk shall administratively terminate this matter, subject to reopening should Aly Richardson submit an amended complaint within 45 days of the entry of this Order. ORDERED Clerk shall open six new matters for each additional Plaintiff. ORDERED Clerk shall docket the Complaint in this matter, Docket Entry #1, in each such new matter. ORDERED Clerk shall designate each new matter, "42:1983 Prisoner Civil Rights" and "Federal Question.&quo t; ORDERED Clerk shall administratively terminate each of these newly opened matters, subject to reopening in the event the Plaintiff designated in the matter submits an amended complaint within 45 days of the entry of this order. ORDERED Clerk shall serve copies of this Order, a blank IFP, and a blank civil right complaint form upon all Plaintiffs.
