TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon letters submitted by Defendants Stockton University and Karen Matsinger [Dkt. No. 11], requesting a pre-motion conference in regard to a proposed Motion to Dismiss. Having read the submissions by the parties, including Plaintiff's response, [Dkt. No. 16], the Court does not believe that a pre-motion conference would be productive at this time. Therefore, Defendants may proceed with filing their proposed motion if they choose to do so.
