TEXT ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on its own motion. The Court is very disturbed by the tenor of this litigation. As an initial matter, the Court questions the filing of the Request for Default as it appears that the parties had been in communication and, thus, a simple telephone call would seemed to have obviated the need for such filing. Second, less than courteous correspondence between counsel has no place in this Court - whatsoever. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to vacate the Entry of Default entered February 20, 2019; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that, unless otherwise permitted by the Court, the parties shall engage in NO further litigation activity related to this case until the Initial Conference before Judge Williams.
