TEXT ORDER. The Court has reviewed #12 Plaintiff's response to the Court's Order of August 15, 2019 and finds it patently deficient. The Court's Order directed Plaintiff to provide the Court with "evidence of jury verdicts rendered in comparable cases." None of the cases provided are remotely "comparable" with regard to geographic location, nature of injuries sustained, or type of legal claim asserted. Moreover, the Court does not recognize Wikipedia as a reliable source of evidence. Plaintiff is hereby directed to file within 7 days, a supplemental submission which shall include "evidence of jury verdicts in comparable cases."
