TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon pre-motion letters, filed by Defendants Atlantic Capes Fisheries and ACF HR Services (Defendants) [Dkt. No. 6] and Plaintiff Travis Woolery [Dkt. No. 9], regarding Defendants proposed motion to dismiss and/or for a more definite statement pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12. In response to Defendants proposed motion, Plaintiff has requested permission to file an amended complaint. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff shall be permitted twenty-one (21) days to file an amended complaint. If, after the amended complaint is filed, Defendants still wish to file a motion to dismiss, they should once again follow the procedures set forth in this Courts Individual Rules and Procedures.
