("Defendants") on December 31, 2019 [Dkt. No. 9], regarding a proposed motion to dismiss. Plaintiff Sanjay Gupta has failed to address Defendants' letter within five (5) business days, as required by Section I.A of this Court's Individual Rules and Procedures.
