TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon the pre-motion conference letter filed by Defendants Riverview Estates and Joanna Pastore on August 5, 2020 [Dkt. No. 5]. Plaintiff Francesco Piperata has failed to address Defendants' letter within five (5) business days as required by Rule I.A of this Court's Individual Rules and Procedures. It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff shall show cause before this Court within three (3) business days why they have failed to timely respond AND why the relief Defendants seek in their pre-motion letter should not be granted.
