The Court has not yet received Plaintiff's Complaint, and this case cannot proceed without one. In addition, the Court has not received the $400.00 filing fee for this action or a Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP motion"), and this action cannot proceed without one or the other. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a properly completed Complaint and IFP motion (or filing fee) on or before October 8, 2020. If Plaintiff does not wish to proceed with this action, he must file a written notice seeking voluntary dismissal of this case by the same deadline, and this case will be administratively closed without the assessment of a filing fee. Plaintiff is WARNED that this action will be dismissed for failure to comply with this court order and/or failure to prosecute this matter with the assessment of a filing fee, if he fails to comply with this Order by October 8, 2020. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). The Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order and a blank civil rights complaint form for use in preparing his Complaint. Signed by Judge J.
