TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint (ECF No. 7) filed in response to the Court's December 27, 2021 Order to Show Cause (ECF No. 6). The Amended Complaint fails to cure all deficiencies set forth in the Court's Order to Show Cause, particularly as to citizenship of the Defendant SportTrade LLC based on the "layers" of membership of each of the Defendant's members, as alleged in paragraph twelve (12) of the Amended Complaint. The Court grants the Plaintiff leave to file a second amended complaint within fourteen (14) days of the entry of this Order, at which time the case will be dismissed if such deficiency is not cured.
