Filing 4 TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon a Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants J&S Hark Realty Investments, LLC and Jeffrey Hark. [Docket No. 3.] The motion is ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED. Pursuant to the Court's Individual Rules and Procedures I.A., "[i]n an effort to resolve cases expeditiously, before bringing a motion to dismiss... a party must submit a letter described therein." In addition, having reviewed Plaintiff Dolores Bush-Sewell's Complaint [Docket No. 1], the Court is concerned that Plaintiff's allegations pertain to the parties' settlement agreement related to an underlying action previously filed in this District. See Complaint, Bush-Sewell v. J&S Hark Realty and Jeffrey Hark, Civ. No. 19-13535 (D.N.J. June 7, 2019) (Docket No. 1). Therefore, within 10 days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff is hereby required to SHOW CAUSE by filing written submission on the docket of no more than three (3) ordinary typed pages explaining why she initiated a separate action and did not file a motion for appropriate relief on the preexisting docket in this Court with respect to the parties' dispute.
