TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon letters from Defendant Citibank, N.A. ("Citibank") and Plaintiff Robert McLane ("Plaintiff"), concerning a proposed motion to dismiss by Citibank. [Docket Nos. 9, 11.] The Court will hold a pre-motion conference via Zoom on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. regarding Citibank's proposed motion. At the hearing, the parties should also be prepared to discuss the basis for the Court's subject matter jurisdiction and the status of Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Thelma McCloskey. TEXT ORDER. This matter comes before the Court upon the pre-motion conference letter filed by Defendant Citibank, N.A. (Citibank) on May 16, 2022. [Docket No. 9.] Plaintiff Robert McLane failed to address Citibanks letter within seven (7) days as required by Rule I.A of this Court`s Individual Rules and Procedures. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that the Plaintiff shall show cause before this Court within three (3) business days why they have failed to timely respond AND why the relief Citibank seeks in its pre-motion letter should not be granted. If no response is filed, the Court will likely dismiss this matter for failure to prosecute, subject to re-opening only upon a showing of good cause. So Ordered by Judge Renee Marie Bumb on 5/24/22.
