Filing 16 TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon letters from Defendant Citibank, N.A. ("Citibank") and Plaintiff Robert McLane ("Plaintiff"), concerning a proposed motion to dismiss by Citibank. [Docket Nos. 9, 11.] The Court will hold a pre-motion conference via Zoom on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. regarding Citibank's proposed motion. At the hearing, the parties should also be prepared to discuss the basis for the Court's subject matter jurisdiction and the status of Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Thelma McCloskey.
