TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon the pre-motion letter submitted by Defendant Rowan University requesting a pre-motion conference in regard to a proposed Motion to Dismiss, [Docket No. 13], and the response thereto filed by the Plaintiff, [Docket No. 16]. Having read the submissions by the parties, the Court does not believe that a pre-motion conference would be productive at this time given Plaintiff's stated intent to dismiss all federal claims such that this Court would no longer have subject matter jurisdiction over this matter and the case will be remanded to state court. Therefore, Plaintiff is hereby directed to file a First Amended Complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15 (a)(1)(B) and/or a Stipulation of Dismissal of the federal claims as referenced in Plaintiff's letter pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 (a)(1)(A)(i) within seven (7) days of the date of this Order. Defendants shall file a letter, not to exceed three (3) pages, within seven (7) days of the Plaintiff's filing showing cause why this matter should not be remanded to state court. The time for Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the current Complaint and any amended pleading shall be tolled until further order of the Court. So Ordered by Judge Christine P.
