TEXT ORDER: The Court having entered an Order to Show Cause (ECF No. 5) as to why this matter should not be remanded noting several deficiencies in Defendant Harrah's Atlantic City Operating Company, LLC's initial Notice of Removal (ECF No. 1), and the Court now having reviewed the Amended Notice of Removal filed (ECF No. 6) which cures the failure to indicate the co-defendant's consent to removal, but fails to cure the deficiency previously noted in the Court's Order (ECF No. 5) stated as follows "WHEREAS, Harrah's failed to properly identify the citizenship of co-defendant Right Angle Games, LLC stating only that "Based upon information and belief, Right Angle Games, LLC's members would not destroy Diversity" which fails to satisfy Harrah's burden to establish this Court's jurisdictional requiremen...""; the Court again orders Harrah's to file a Second Amended Notice of Removal to include such information to meet it burden to establish diversity jurisdiction within five (5) days.
