TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon the filing of the Complaint, in which Plaintiff Profit Recovery Partners, LLC ("PRP") invokes this Court's jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship and indicates that it is "a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of California" and that Defendant Oncourse Home Solutions, LLC f/k/a Homeowner Services Group is "a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of Virginia." [Compl. 27, 29, 31, Docket No. 1.] However, Plaintiff does not set forth the citizenship of the members of either entity, as required under applicable law. See, e.g., Lincoln Ben. Life Co. v. AEI Life, LLC, 800 F.3d 99, 105 (3d Cir. 2015). In all cases in which the basis for the Court's jurisdiction is 28 U.S.C. 1332 (Diversity of Citizenship), the parties are required to complete and file a Joint Certification of the Citizenship of the Parties (available here: https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/sites/njd/files/forms/DiversityJurisdictionFormFillable.pdf) and to "name -- and identify the citizenship of -- every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party or intervenor," Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2), which "facilitate[s] an early and accurate determination of jurisdiction," Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1 advisory committee's note to 2022 amendment. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that within 30 days after an answer, other responsive pleading, or motion has been filed, the parties shall complete and file the Joint Certification.
