TEXT ORDER: Upon review of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint, (ECF No. 5), Plaintiff still fails to properly plead the citizenship of the members of Defendant Sunbase Data LLC as required for the Court to determine if it has jurisdiction. See Fireworks Mfg. Co., Inc. v. Wood, 592 F.3d 412, 420 (3d Cir. 2010) ("[T]he citizenship of an LLC is determined by the citizenship of its members."). Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff properly plead factual allegations to show diversity jurisdiction within ten (10) days of this Order.
