TEXT ORDER: This matter having come before the Court upon its sua sponte review of the docket; and the Court observing that the Petition to Confirm an Arbitration Award [Docket No. 1 (the Petition)] filed by Northstar Marine, Inc. fails to clearly identify a certificate of service of the Petition as to Respondent Hazmat Special Services, LLC; and the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. 1, et seq., requiring that service of process be accomplished pursuant to the requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4, see 9 U.S.C. 9 (Notice of the application shall be served upon the adverse party[.]); VentureForth Holdings LLC v. Joseph, 80 F. Supp. 3d 147, 148-49 (D.D.C. 2015) (explaining that service of a nonresident pursuant to 9 of the FAA should be accomplished in accordance with Rule 4) (first citing Reed & Martin, Inc. v. Westinghouse Elec. Corp., 439 F.2d 1268, 1277 (2d Cir. 1971); then citing Hancor, Inc. v. R&R Engg Prods., Inc., 381 F. Supp. 2d 12, 15-16 (D.P.R. 2005); and then citing In re Lauritzen Kosan Tankers (Chemical Trading, Inc.), 903 F.
