TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court following a pre-motion conference it held with the parties on February 1, 2024. For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiff shall file a Rule 7.1 Disclosure Statement to assist the Court in determining its jurisdiction. The parties shall jointly submit a status report by April 1, 2024, informing the Court of their efforts to settle this case. All deadlines will be tolled pending the Court's receipt of such letter.
