ORDER Consolidating Cases and Appointing Interim Class Counsel. The Court hereby CONSOLIDATES Case No. 1:24-cv-00189, Case No. 1:24-cv-00305, Case No. 1:24-cv-00360, and Case No. 1:24-cv-00759 into 1:24-cv-00097. All papers filed in the Consolidated Action shall be filed under Case No. 1:24-cv- 00097. Gary E.
