Plaintiff has failed to file a brief as required by Local Civil Rule 7.1(d) and fails to state the basis for the Court's jurisdiction. Moreover, the Court abstains from proceeding in this matter pending the outcome of the parallel state court foreclosure proceeding. See Colorado River Water Conservation Dist. v.
