May 2, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 18 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DISMISSING CASE - It is ORDERED that the 16 MOTION to Appoint Pro Bono is administratively terminated; and it is further ORDERED that if Mr. Cuello intends to proceed with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 , he shall so notify the Court, in writing addressed to the Clerk of the Court, Martin Luther King Building & U.S. Courthouse, 50 Walnut Street, Newark, NJ 07101, within 30 days of the date of entry of this Order. His writing shall include a signed and dated Complaint, and either a complete, signed informa pauperis application or the $400 fee including the $350 filing fee plus the $50 administrative fee; and it is further ORDERED that upon receipt of a Complaint and a complete in forma pauperis application or payment of the filing and administrative fees within the time allotted by this Court,the Clerk of the Court will be directed to docket the Complaint and associated filings as a new action; at that time, the Clerk of the Court shall also docket the application for pro bono counsel (ECF No. 16) in the new action.(Copies Sent)***CIVIL CASE TERMINATED***.
