ORDER that the application to proceed without prepayment of fees is DENIED, for the following reasons; Plaintiffs savings of$15,000, in combination with his workers compensation payments of $3,176 per month which just recently ended, are greater than Plaintiffs monthly expenses of around $3,554.67. Therefore, the Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficient assets to pay the filing fee. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the clerk shall close the file. Plaintiff may submit payment in the amount of $400 within 14 days from the date of this order to reopen the case without further action from the Court.. Signed by Chief Judge Jose L.
