Filing 3 ORDER, denying Plaintiff Palmist Trucking, LLC's application to proceed in forma pauperis because an LLC cannot proceed without an attorney and without paying the required filing fee; Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed in its entirety; the federal claims asserted against Defendant Linden Police Department are dismissed with prejudice, and the remainder of Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed without prejudice; if Guilio Mesadieu intends to proceed as the named Plaintiff, he is afforded thirty (30) days to file an amended complaint that cures the deficiencies that are set forth in the accompanying Opinion (including amending the caption as to the named Plaintiff). Failure to file an amended complaint within this time will result in the entire case being dismissed with prejudice.
