Filing 10 TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs letter, ECF No. #8 , filed on January 2, 2018, which requests relief from Standing Order 18-4. That order, entitled In re: Stay of Civil Matter Involving the United States as a Party, stays all civil cases pending in this District in which the United States in a party due to the lapse of congressional appropriations funding the federal government. However, Plaintiff R. Alexander Acosta, Secretary of Labor of the U.S. Department of Labor, states in his letter that the Department of Labor has not been affected by the lapse of appropriations and requests that the stay be lifted. Defendant does not oppose the request. Accordingly, the Court lifts the stay imposed by Standing Order 18-4 as to this case. All current deadlines remain in place. So Ordered by Judge William J.
