(ECF No. 1 at 4-7). The information provided concerning Healthplus Surgery Center, LLC is insufficient to determine if complete diversity of citizenship exists between the parties, and thus, whether this Court has subject matter jurisdiction to hear this case. On or before October 2, 2019 at 5 PM, Plaintiff, Healthplus Surgery Center, LLC, shall file a letter specifically naming and describing each of its members and the citizenship of each of those members. Furthermore, if any member of Healthplus Surgery Center, LLC is itself a limited liability company, partnership, or other unincorporated entity, then the members of that entity will also need to be identified and analyzed completely.
