ORDER that Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis (Document 1 attached to ECF No. 1) is GRANTED; that the Complaint (ECF No. 1) shall be filed; that, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b) and for purposes of account deduction only, the Clerk shall serve a copy of this Order by regular mail upon the Attorney General of the state of New Jersey and the warden of South Woods State Prison; that Plaintiff's excessive force claims shall PROCEED against Defendant Martinez and the John Doe Corrections Officer Defendants at this time; that Plaintiffs claims against the New Jersey Department of Corrections are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; that the Clerk of the Court shall issue summons, and the United States Marshal shall serve a copy of the complaint (ECF No. 1), summons, and this Order upon Defendant Martinez and the John Doe Corrections Officer Defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(d),etc. Signed by Judge Susan D.
