ELECTRONIC ORDER: This matter has been referred to the undersigned for a settlement conference. The parties are directed to meet and confer regarding the scheduling of an in-person settlement conference to be held in Courtroom 840 of the Long Island Courthouse, and defense counsel is directed to electronically file a letter, on behalf of the parties, proposing at least three alternate dates, beginning the end of October, in which the undersigned may schedule a settlement conference in accordance with the Court's individual rules. Pursuant to the undersigned's individual rules all the parties, including the clients, must be present at the conference.
