Filing 2 ORDER that Plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIEDWITHOUT PREJUDICE; the Clerk of the Court shall administratively terminate this action without filing the Complaint or assessing a filing fee; Plaintiff may reopen this matter if, within thirty (30) days of the date of the entry of this Order, Plaintiff pre-pays the $400.00 filing fee or submits a completedapplication to proceed in forma pauperis with all relevant information filled in; that in the event Plaintiff timely pre-pays the $400.00 filing fee or submits a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis with all relevant fields filled in, the Court will enter an order directing the Clerk of the Court to reopen the case; the Clerk of the Court shall close the file in this matter.
