TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff asserts that this Court may hear this case on the basis of diversity jurisdiction, which requires the citizenship of plaintiff to be completely diverse from each defendant. The citizenship information provided as to defendant Exlnt Hotlz, LLC (EHLLC) is insufficient to determine if there is complete diversity, and thus whether this Court has subject matter jurisdiction. EHLLC is hereby ORDERED to electronically file a letter completely analyzing its citizenship with specificity by THURSDAY, JANUARY 14, 2021. EHLLC, which appears to be a limited liability company: (1) must comply with the standing order as to pleading the citizenship of an unincorporated business organization, which can be found at https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/content/edward-s-kiel; and (2) is advised that an allegation such as "none of the members were citizens of Delaware or New Jersey when this action was commenced, nor are they currently citizens of Delaware or New Jersey" lacks the required specificity. The parties shall also refrain from filing any dispositive motions until such time as this Court determines jurisdiction. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Edward S. Kiel on 12/31/2020. (as, )
