TEXT ORDER: Upon review of the submission of defendants concerning citizenship (ECF No. #6 ), the Court finds that diversity of citizenship has been demonstrated, as: (1) plaintiffs are Connecticut citizens; (2) defendant Saidou is a North Dakota citizen; and (3) defendant Abi Brothers, LLC is deemed to be a Minnesota citizen only. The citizenship information provided as to defendant Abi Brothers, LLC (ABLLC), which appears to be a limited liability company, is insufficient to determine if complete diversity of citizenship exists, and thus whether this Court has subject matter jurisdiction. Defendants are hereby ORDERED to electronically file a letter completely analyzing the citizenship of ABLLC with specificity by MONDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2020. Defendants must comply with the standing order of this Court as to pleading the citizenship of an unincorporated business organization, which can be found at: https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/content/edward-s-kiel. This Court advises that an allegation such as "none of the members were citizens of Connecticut when this action was commenced, nor are they currently citizens of Connecticut" lacks the required specificity.
