Filing 3 Letter from Teo Johnson received from Help Desk Email with message: Greetings! The Honorable Judge Edward S. Kiel, Please see attached letter request for Marshall service as it is time sensitive and the request has been sitting in the Marshall office since December 29th, 2020 both the request forms and the summons issued by the court, and the complaint copies for service in the clerks office since December 21st, 2020. In error I submitted the request to the Marshall office and did not follow the protocol of making a formal request to the Honorable Judge Edward S. Kiel since I have not been litigating in over two years, it completely slipped my mind. In addition, I would like to request additional time for submission of motions request as I am disabled and it takes me time to complete the briefs as I suffer from severe pain due to 2 spinal fusions and unrepaired vertebrae. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you, Zena L Powell on behalf of The-Johnson-Powell Group, LLC (sm) |
