MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that the Clerk of Court shall RE-OPEN this action solely for the purposes of this order; that Plaintiff's IFP application (DE 1-1) is GRANTED; that the Complaint shall be filed; that, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b) and for purposes of account deduction only, the Clerk shall serve a copy of this Order by regular mail upon the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey and the administrator of East Jersey State Prison; that upon sua sponte screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), the complaint (DE 1) is DISMISSED without prejudice for Plaintiffs failure to exhaust available administrative remedies; that to the extent Plaintiff wishes to amend his complaint, he may do so by filing an amended complaint on the form provided by the Clerk within 30 days of exhaustion of administrative remedies; etc.; that the Clerk of the Court shall send Plaintiff a copy of the prisoner civil rights complaint form; that the Clerk of the Court shall send a copy of this memorandum and order to plaintiff by regular U.S. mail and mark this matter CLOSED.
