TEXT ORDER: While the complaint and civil cover sheet filed at ECF No. #1 identify both Sung H. Mo and Dae S. Shim as pro se plaintiffs, those documents are only signed by Sung H. Mo. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(a) "[e]very pleading must be signed by a party personally if the party is unrepresented." Since "[a] non-attorney cannot represent another party," see Banks ex rel. Waymer v. Eddy, 801 F.App'x 50, 51 (3d Cir. 2020), Dae S. Shim must sign the complaint and civil cover sheet to proceed pro se. The Court directs both Sung H. Mo and Dae S.
